UPC College offers two individual support qualifications delivered at workplace. Both qualifications require 12 to 24 months to complete depending on your ability and commitment. Please refer to the following links for more information:

Ageing and disability support professionals play a vital role in caring for the elderly and individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities. Workers in these sectors aim to enhance the independence, comfort, and quality of life for those in need, whether through hands-on assistance or by contributing to management and policy design behind the scenes.

Our ageing and disability courses are designed to help middle managers in these sectors further develop their skills and knowledge, enabling them to advance in their careers. If you are living and/or working in NSW, the NSW Government subsidises tuition fees through the Smart and Skilled Program.
