DOMESTIC STUDENTS COURSES ACCOUNTING & FINANCE BUSINESS EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT Courses Offered Courses offered by UPC under Smart & Skilled Programs UPC College offers 10 nationally recognised qualifications from Certificate III to Diploma under 5 Smart & Skilled programs. In general, you are entitled to take any course but the delivery mode and subsidised fee may be different. There are five areas of study offered. ( A ) Full Qualifications – This category includes 2 Smart & Skilled programs: (a) Entitlement Full Qualifications and (b) Targeted Priorities Full Qualifications. Eligibility: Standard conditions Delivery modes: Classroom, workplace or Blended Fees: Exemption, Concession (Certificates III and IV only) and Standard Student fees ( B ) Part Qualifications – (Clusters of units of competency) – Targeted Priorities Prevocational and Part Qualifications Eligibility: Standard conditions Delivery modes: Classroom, workplace or Blended Fee: Nil ( C ) Traineeship (Full qualifications) – Entitlement Apprenticeships and Traineeships Eligibility: Standard conditions plus within 6 months of employment Delivery modes: Workplace Fee: Maximum $1,000 per course ( D ) School Based Traineeships – This category includes 2 Smart & Skilled programs: (a) Entitlement Full Qualifications and (b) Targeted Priorities Full Qualifications.
