The College was established by a group of successful academics and businesspersons who want to return part of their social debts back to the society. 

The College is run by the Management Team that is supported by the Academic Advisory Board and three Advisory Committees (Quality & Compliance, Social Media and Early Childhood Education & Care). These Academic Board and Advisory Committees implement quality control and assurance strategies to guarantee UPC programs are delivered at a high standard and accepted by the public and higher education providers.
